The Tyne, the Tyne, the murky old Tyne has been transformed along its
banks that only few could dream about. Today with the transformation,
it has become one of the great tourist centres of the North East.
A photographic shoot is not difficult to inspire. Many hours can
be spent at the Millennium Bridge, and also the Art and Music Centre.
There are so many different view points, that are all classics to take.
As well as the Bridge, there is also the Newcastle Quayside, adorned
with many sculptures and other interesting works of art.
A visit to the Angel of the North is another must, where the
huge figure looks out over an industrial landscape that only the wide
angle lens can justify. The best time to visit is early morning or
late afternoon, that is to avoid shooting directly into the sun.
